Past Projects
VisitBritain.org Relaunch
I project managed the launch of VisitBritain’s redesigned industry website, coordinating among digital agencies, contractors, internal teams, and senior leadership to deliver:
Web migration to updated CMS (Drupal 10)
Content audit and revision
New style guide to maintain consistent voice across digital channels
Training for 35+ staff to use new CMS
Communications plan announcing new website & industry resources
Post-launch performance metrics
Long-term content governance framework
The industry website remains accessible and easy to use, providing valuable resources to VisitBritain’s partners across travel trade, media, and government.
MeetEngland Brand Refresh
I produced a brand redesign for MeetEngland, VisitBritain’s international business events brand, refreshing the visual identity and messaging for a post-pandemic reset showcasing England as a top destination for international meetings, incentives, and association conferences.
Leading a team of two and an external creative agency, I ensured consistency and timely delivery of:
Brand video
Digital assets (social media, newsletter templates)
Print collateral (exhibition stands, event banners, brochures)
Earned Media Placements
I have extensive experience leading PR campaigns and managing media relationships, particularly within the travel and tourism sector. While on VisitBritain’s international communications team, I oversaw a cross‑functional group that secured 250+ earned media placements each year in top U.S. travel and lifestyle outlets including Travel Weekly, AFAR, Lonely Planet, Washington Post, and the New York Times.
From pitching storylines to coordinating press trips and shaping campaign messaging, I’ve helped elevate brand visibility through strategic storytelling and strong editorial partnerships.
Press & Influencer
FAM Trips
I’ve led the end-to-end itinerary planning and onsite execution of international press & influencer trips, including:
Sustainable & Inclusive Travel Influencer Trip
(Glasgow & London, Oct 2021)James Bond Press Trip (London, March 2020)
Film & TV Press Trip (Wales, Aug 2019)
Client Engagement &
Trade Shows
I’m experienced in building strong, trust‑based relationships with clients across the global meetings and events industry. I’ve managed key accounts, maintained a strategic CRM pipeline, and served as a primary point of contact for partners across North America and Europe.
I represented the organization at major industry trade shows, leading presentations and engaging directly with planners, associations, and corporate buyers. Whether nurturing long‑term partnerships or guiding new prospects through the sales cycle, I bring a thoughtful, solutions‑oriented approach to every interaction.

Sustainability &
Positive Impact
Ahead of COP26 conference in Glasgow, I worked on team of two to draft a government white paper informing VisitBritain’s new internal sustainability policy. The research paper benchmarked VisitBritain’s performance against competing DMOs and advised adoption of best-in-class practices to uphold principles of responsible tourism, in line with UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Later, I worked with the Business Events team and external partners #MEET4IMPACT and GDS Movement to finalize the VisitBritain BE Impactful Framework, a set of guidelines to help meeting & conference professionals measure the impact of their events.
NYU
I’m a proud two‑time graduate of New York University, where I earned a BA in Global Studies from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study, followed by an MS in Tourism Management from the School of Professional Studies.
During my master’s program, I received the President’s Award for coordinating a high‑profile industry panel featuring leaders from Virtuoso, Hopper, and Accor. My studies took me to international conferences on dark tourism and Indigenous cultural heritage tourism, and my thesis explored cultural heritage tourism in New York’s Hudson Valley. Beyond academics, NYU became a professional home: I worked there for more than five years and remain an active, enthusiastic member of the alumni community.
NYU shaped my worldview, my career, and my love for New York City. It’s a place - and a community - I still feel deeply connected to.
